Hailing from the charming town of Norwell, MA, Jake Glennon took an unconventional route to success. After earning his B.A. in Business Administration from Ithaca College in 2020—right in the middle of a global pandemic—he didn’t wait around for opportunities; he built them himself.

Instead of binge-watching Netflix and perfecting sourdough recipes like the rest of us, Jake dove headfirst into the medical device industry and founded Glennon Surgical LLC.

Fast forward five years, and Jake is now a trusted name in ENT solutions across New England. Starting with Grace Medical in 2020.

He’s since expanded his portfolio to include BioMed, Bonalive, Labomed, and Neurosign—helping physicians, hospitals, and surgical centers stay ahead of the curve. If there’s an innovative ENT product out there, you can bet Jake knows about it before anyone else.

When he’s not on the road visiting clients, you’ll find him hitting the links, casting a fishing line, shredding the slopes, or passionately defending Boston sports teams.
