Jessica Ingold is a seasoned designer and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in graphic design, web design, UX, content creation, and office management. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jessica’s career spans multiple industries, where she has continually demonstrated a commitment to high-quality, accessible, and sustainable design solutions.
She is currently our Marketing Manager at BioMed ENT, where she has played a key role in redesigning the company’s website and streamlining product lifecycle management. Before joining BioMed ENT, Jessica worked at TAPCO, where she elevated user experiences through UX-focused design changes, enhanced brand communication, and created impactful sales collateral.
Her leadership abilities extend beyond design as well—Jessica was the captain and MVP of Finlandia University’s women’s soccer team from 2011 to 2013, where she earned accolades for her dedication and teamwork. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Finlandia University, a Web Design Certificate from UWM at Waukesha, as well as certifications in design and UX principles from platforms like Udemy and HubSpot Academy.
