Originally from Huntington, New York, Max Isaac always knew he was destined for a career in sales—probably because he never missed an opportunity to strike up a deal, even as a kid. After graduating from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2022, he followed in his father’s footsteps, packed his bags, and set his sights on the Greater Philadelphia area to make his mark in the medical device industry by launching Maxwell Surgical, Inc.
Fast forward three years, and Maxwell Surgical, Inc. has become a go-to name in the ENT world across Eastern PA, New Jersey, and Delaware. What started with Grace Medical in 2022 has since grown to include top-tier product lines like BioMed, Mitaka, NeuroSign, Hemostasis, and Optim.
Max works closely with physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers, making sure they have the best tools to enhance patient care—with a handshake and a smile that say, “You’re in good hands.”
When he’s not on the road visiting clients, you can find Max soaking up the sun at the beach, carving up the slopes on his snowboard, or exploring everything the Greater Philadelphia area has to offer. But one thing’s for sure—no matter where he goes, his New York sports loyalty remains unshakable (even in so-called “enemy territory”).
